Shipping Policy
Just For Kidz ships all orders using Australia Post.
We use Australia Post Prepaid Parcel Post satchels, available in the following sizes:
- Small – Up to 500g (220mm × 355mm)
- Medium – Up to 3kg (310mm × 405mm)
- Large – Up to 5kg (435mm × 510mm)
Your order will be packed into the most suitable satchel based on its size and weight.
Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up is available by prior arrangement only. Please contact us by email to organise a suitable time before placing your order.
International Shipping
We welcome orders from customers outside Australia.
International orders are usually dispatched within 48–72 hours after payment has been received. Shipping costs vary depending on your location, so please contact us by email for a postage quote before placing your order.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery times vary by destination but generally take up to 10 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays, which are outside our control.
