Return & Exchange Policy
At Just For Kidz we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods. If the item is not as described you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to determine the condition of the item before offering an exchange or refund on faulty items. We do not accept returns and/or exchange on sale items.
The Items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels attached, unused and unwashed. Claims for refund should be made by email within 7 days of receipt of your order, we reserve the right to refuse an item that does not meet the requirements.
The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Just For Kidz, we recommend a traceable mode of delivery, as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately, if your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we shall gladly cancel and refund your order. If your order has been dispatched the customer is responsible for its return and costs involved. All cancellations will incur a 10% restocking charge that will be deducted from the total refund.
